Always innovate by using new technologies by offering unique products and services. In order to succeed the above, we follow our documented business and development processes. Below we summarize the development process we follow in order to make sure that we will develop a unique product: 
1. Strategic Planning The first phase is attain a detailed vision of our customer's organization. Customer involvement is higly valued at Cyberopsis and we therefore interact with the customer to define and specify what technological advancements our customer needs and how this technology will improve our customer's organization. We then perform an organizational and market analysis in order to define what technical and business solutions would be most appropriate. Finally we document our strategic plans that will be used for comparison to the success all over the project period. 2. Concept Development The second phase of our project engineering life cycle it to develop a concept for our project. This concept will include key features of the project such as web site's content, style, functionality as well as marketing and advertising techniques for the site. 3. Design As our guide the concept development we develop the design and structure of the project. This design is essential since it will be showned to the customer for approval before the continuation of the project. 4. Prototype Development In ordet to test the feasibility of the project's structure and take a taste of the final result we develop a prototype. This prototype is discussed with the customer and after approval we continue to phase five. 5. Implementation This phase is where the implementation of the project takes place. We develop the actual web site always having as guides the concept, design and prototype of the previous phases. We integrate technology, graphics, text, databases and other features of the website and we create a complete web site. 6. Testing / Quality Assurance After the project implementation is finished we test the result to see if it fits the customer requirements and concept documentation completely. We test for mistakes, bugs, or bad designs in each project with different machines, and on different systems. After we fix the problems that are found (if there are any) we assure quality by retesting and overdriving the project. 7. Installation & Promotion Since everything should be OK by now we install the project (make it public), promote it and advertise it. We make sure that we follow well planned promotion strategies in order to create an effective solution for our customer's organization. 8. Customer Training We make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with the result and are also able to understand the details needed to operate the project. We help our customers to learn how to identify upgrades for their project's effectiveness. We continue to interact with our customers and suggesting improvements and Internet business strategies over time. We also provide monthly reports on the project's statistics, technical guidance, and future improvement plans. |
